Hamburger buns
Pulled Pork (preferably homemade Crockpot Pulled Pork, recipe below)
BBQ Sauce (preferably homemade Carolina-Style Mustard BBQ Sauce, recipe below)
Cole Slaw
Chips
Pickles
- Toast buns lightly.
- Heat Pulled Pork in a small saucepan over low heat, adding enough BBQ Sauce to moisten to taste.
- Squirt BBQ Sauce, to taste, on both sides of buns.
- Spoon warmed Pulled Pork onto bottom of buns.
- Spoon Cole Slaw onto Pulled Pork & top with remaining half of buns.
- Serve with chips & pickles on the side.
